11 brick townhouses planned for a small suburban setting in Lillhagen north of Gothenburg, Sweden. With this project, we wanted to create varied housing of different sizes that appeal to people in different walks of life. Furthermore, the exterior is kept structured and similar in all the different sizes to create a cohesive area within itself and with the surrounding architecture.

With this project, extra thought was also put into technical details regarding construction, and calculations were carried out analyzing energy consumption and moisture transportation through building elements.
